Pocket Pause Series
Each week will will explore the invitation of the pause. You will be introduced to the concept of the pause, why it is important to pause from the stresses of every day life as a form of self care, discuss its many life applications and finally take time to pause and engage in a different ‘Pause’ experience each week. Each workshop will be roughly 1 1/2 hour long and each one will build off of the previous workshop. You are welcome to attend one or all.

To achieve what you want to achieve in life, you have to be willing to explore where you are and experiment to change how you think.
This workshop is a creative hands on approach that will help you uncover key things holding you back while providing you with tools to put into action and help you move forward to Possible.

WHEN THINGS CHANGE
Change is inevitable. Sometimes we plan for it and other times it just happens, either way it affects us in some way. During this workshop we will be exploring the ins and outs of change, what it means to cope with change and leave with action items to help you better manage change in your life. Join us as we explore “When Things Change”
