This Liability Waiver (“Waiver”) between Tinker’N LLC and its agents (the “Company”) and (the “Client”) is a release from liability from any injury, or damage that may occur from working with any item within the reasonable scope of the activity for the services provided by the Company. By signing this Waiver, the Client agrees to waive all liability relating to injuries that may occur while utilizing crafting tools and materials and other camping activities. I, the Client, agree to hold the Company free from any liability, including financial responsibility for any injury incurred, unless caused with purpose by the Company. I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, against the Company, on account of injury, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributable to my participation in the activity, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of the Company or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against the Company, and forever release and discharge the Company from liability under such claims. This waiver and release does not extend to claims for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liabilities that Pennsylvania law does not permit to be released by agreement. I acknowledge that tinkering/crafting comes with inherent risks. These risks include but are not limited to injuries to self, injuries to others, and damage to property. To this point, I, the Client am taking part in this activity voluntarily, and that the risk has now been made aware to me. If I have any condition that would make me more at risk to causing myself or others’ injuries than I am assuming that risk as I am voluntarily agreeing to take part in this activity. I acknowledge that this is a “BYOB” event, meaning that myself and other clients have permission to bring and consume our own alcohol during this event.  This permission is contingent on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws regarding alcohol, including but not limited to the legal age required to transport and consume alcohol. I further acknowledge that alcohol being consumed at this event increases the dangers of the risks listed above, regardless of whether I or those near me are the one(s) consuming alcohol. By signing below, I forfeit all rights to bring suit against the Company for any reason. In return I will be participating in tinkering/crafting I will also make my best effort to comply with all safety provisions, that will be directed to me by the Company and its agents through verbal or written communications. *
