Kit Terms and Conditions

·         These terms and conditions will be deemed to have been assented to by both Tinker’N LLC (“Company”) and the user(s) of the kit (“User”) upon the kit being opened.

·         All items provided in a kit are for the User to keep.

·         Most, if not all, products in any kit are secondhand items that are being repurposed. Therefore, the quality of products in a kit, including but not limited to durability and color, is not guaranteed. The Company makes no warranties whatsoever, including no warranty of merchantability and no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, for any product contained in the kit.

·         User must provide their own tools to use for the kit, based on the list of required tools as listed in each kit’s description.

·         To the extent that any guides, instructions, or explanations are being provided to User they are for personal use only. It is prohibited to share them with anyone else, regardless of whether the sharing is for free or for personal gain, with the sole exception being that this clause does not prohibit multiple people from sharing a single kit and instructions that they have purchased together.

·         THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABILE FOR ANY INJURY TO ANY USER OF THE KIT THAT ARISES FROM THE KIT’S USE INLCUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SCRAPS, CUTS, OR CHOKING ON SMALL PARTS
